it's a rough crowd

I came down and Violet had a bite on her flank. She seemed a little inside. Her personality is interesting. She seems very introverted right now because she is still trying to find her place here. I don't want the others to pick on her too hard while she is so young. I know that's the herd way but I am her dominant mare now so I can decide her future. I will gradually let her in with the others and separate her from Rose for now.
